Living in Luxury!

Observing the lifestyles of the rich and famous is a fun pastime for many of us. We dream of how cool it would be to live in the lap of luxury as they do. Fancy cars, premium restaurants, exotic vacations, mansions . what a life they lead! But, for most people, this dream is quickly followed by the thought not for me. And often some sort of condemnation of the rich follows to soothe our wounded ego because of how we’re not able to achieve what they have. 

Several serious fallacies surround the idea that what the rich and famous have cannot be achieved by most other persons. The ideas of scarcity and the moral wrongness of wealth are two of the primary culprits perpetuating the idea that a life of luxury is a pipe dream. The universe is abundantly overflowing with all that is needed for everyone it is individual thinking and feeling that directs the flow. If you believe in lack, lack is what you will get. If you believe in the infinite abundance and love of the universe, that is what you’ll get. The idea of the moral wrongness of having or acquiring great wealth and luxury is absurd in the face of a universe of unending supply. 

Dare to think outside of fear-based, limited supply ideas. You can live a life of luxury. There is no wrong in achieving a comfortable and abundant life. Your life is your responsibility. Your neighbor’s life is your neighbor’s responsibility. This is what makes giving to others and gratitude for what you have so rich. Giving to others is not an obligation, it is a choice motivated by love. Gratitude for what you have and what you receive will grow what you receive. Living in luxury can be yours if you choose it. By allowing yourself to enjoy that luxury without guilt, you are simultaneously allowing others the same right. In other words, you are loving others as you love yourself.

If The Doctor Is Cute, Screw The Fruit. Lets Shake Our Body


They say that an apple a day keeps the doctor away, but if the doctor is cute screw the fruit. Some people believe that having a balanced diet is enough to sharpen your brain and make it very dynamic and well functioning. But for me, I do believe that the fastest way to mentally reach your absolute peak is through shaking that body.

The brain and the body both are two components of a single entity. They both go together and can never be separated. But why work out the body if the brain is the target?

As an athlete growing up practicing Taekwondo every other day or so since I was a kid back then in 1995. I can tell from a professional perspective that an apple Might be nothing compared to regular physical exercising.

Here are some scientific proofs to defend my thesis. Many scientific tests conducted on animals and human beings themselves found that the brain is nourished by the blood coming straight through arteries, pumped by the heart. Not only that but here are some other benefits:

Exercising makes the blood carry the nutrients and oxygen that your brain and cells need to burn for fuel.

Exercising helps lower the blood pressure and reduces levels of artery-clogging cholesterol.

Exercising improves circulation of blood within the brain

Exercising relieve depression and improves the mood and confidence.

It strengthens the heart and keeps blood sugar level balanced especially for diabetics.

On top of all of this, Exercising boosts the nerve production which makes the brain cells form new connections with each other.

It’s therefore very important that we choose some fun exercises we love to do that would push our heart’s rate 50% faster than our rate at normal days because that will definitely benefit the heart and the lungs and our whole body system. And after a short period of time we will feel mentally and physically more energized and friskier than ever.

But to top it all, I am not a fan of an apple a day keeps the doctor way. Rather I am a fan of having a romp between the sheets.

Smile so The World Smiles Back With You


Smile and the world smiles back with you.

Surely, it isn’t just about grinning and showing few teeth. It’s about your own performance within your own area of influence in society. This performance is a key link to what type of people interact with you, how many well-wishers you have and haters that keep on hating you.

As an analogy, it’s much like the scoreboard in a gymnasium that shows and indicates the performance of the teams playing the game. In other words, we make people behave the way they do because they are influenced by our own behavior. It’s that simple and plain.

If you got a pretty charming smile, you should thank the Almighty God for bestowing his grace upon you. As a matter of fact, a simple smile can heal wounds and can captivate people bewitchingly because it’s miraculous. It’s free and as a Muslim, it’s an act of worship, so that’s more motivating and meaningful.

If you are embarrassed about the stains on your teeth or got crooked teeth, I guess you still can smile with your mouth shut because if you don’t you might miss a lot of virtues and goodness. Worse than that you might make your face to face interaction and body language influence the outer world negatively due to the way you behave.

With this approach and principle, and with our excitement and enthusiasm. I think we will definitely get the right and favorable response, and not only that, but attain power to reframe and change the world.  

Changing the Awkward Reality


It is mostly taken for granted that history is bound to repeat itself. People do often think that today is but a mirror image of yesterday and that the future is going to be the same as today.

But the fact is that everything is constantly and imperceptibly changing without even being aware of that. It’s probably the inability to catch up the changing reality that ultimately leads to failures. And so people fall in the trap of some superstitious thoughts such as blaming the stars or lucky charms, or even blaming whole society and economy.

Reality is an amalgamation of space and time which are two non-static concepts that are in constant dynamic motion. It is an undeniable fact that every moment is different and unique and every incident has many hues of reality. Changing the negative and awkward reality needs examining the negative beliefs we have had in our past experiences because they hold us back. Likewise, we must let the belief that the world is persistently changing and that you are the creator of your own reality kick in.

It all starts from within. Once you master the art of optimism and creating your own world in which you can actively fit in, you will gradually climb the ladder of success and perhaps have your fingerprint on someone’s heart.
